About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop annual/quarterly sales strategies, allocate regional targets, design industry-specific solutions, and drive the implementation of headquarters strategies at the regional level.
Market and Industry Research: Analyze the logistics market, competitors, and e-commerce regulations, identify pain points, and deliver customized solutions and pricing strategies.
Full-cycle Customer Management: Build a customer resource pool, implement tiered management for key clients, promote best practice case studies, and improve customer retention and penetration rates.
Cross-department Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple departments to optimize solutions, promote the integration of trade and logistics flows, and consolidate resources to support project implementation.
Team Empowerment: Design sales tools and incentive programs, conduct training sessions, and enhance the team’s capability in solution selling and industry-specific execution.

岗位职责
1. 負責制定和優化港澳物流的銷售策略,確保銷售目標的達成;通過市場調研和資料分析,識別市場機會與挑戰,提出有效的市場進入和擴展策略;
2. 與產品、市場、運營等團隊緊密合作,確保銷售策略與公司整體戰略目標一致;同時,負責銷售策略的執行與跟蹤,及時調整策略以適應市場變化;
3. 分析競爭對手的銷售策略,提煉行業最佳實踐,結合自身業務特點,制定差異化的銷售策略,提升市場競爭力;
4. 管理和優化銷售管道,建立並維護與關鍵客戶的關係,確保銷售管道的穩定性和銷售額的持續增長;
5. 定期彙報銷售策略執行情況及銷售業績,提供資料支援和分析報告,為高層決策提供依據。
任职要求
1. 基本要求
學歷:本科及以上學歷,市場行銷、國際貿易、商務管理等相關專業優先,專業不限;
語言:粵語、普通話、英語均可作為工作語言。
2. 工作經驗
工作經驗:香港/海外物流行業2年以上工作經驗,具有銷售策略、市場分析或相關領域經驗者優先;
3. 能力要求:
策略制定:具備優秀的市場分析能力,能夠根據市場動態制定有效的銷售策略;
資料分析:熟練使用資料分析工具,能夠通過資料分析指導銷售策略的制定與優化;
溝通協調:具備出色的溝通能力,能夠與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴進行有效溝通,協調各方資源以達成銷售目標;
創新思維:具備創新思維,能夠不斷探索新的銷售模式和策略,提升銷售業績;
4. 基本素質
團隊合作:具備良好的團隊合作精神,能夠在團隊中發揮積極作用,推動團隊目標的實現;
問題解決:具備獨立分析和解決問題的能力,面對市場變化能夠迅速做出反應並提出有效的解決方案;
