職責包括負責大學員工宿舍之一般清潔，樓層巡查，出勤及上司指派的庶務工作。應徵者須具（小學或以上情度）（四年或以上有關工作經驗）職責包括（一）清潔；（二）協助管理宿舍及設施；（三）巡查樓宇及（四）執行其他由上司指派的職務。
應徵者須（甲）具小學或以上程度；（乙）具相關工作經驗。富責任感、態度誠懇有禮、處事積極及主動；及（丙）具基本中文語文溝通及書寫能力，略懂普通話及英語優先。
(曾於較早前申請以上職位者，毋須再次申請。)
合約為期兩年，可續聘。受聘者可享有約滿酬金、醫療福利及有薪假期。
