About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Budget Management and Forecasting: Develop the annual budget based on strategic plans, break down goals, and track execution. Optimize resource allocation through rolling forecasts and actual vs. forecast variance analysis to ensure budget targets are met and fund utilization efficiency is improved.

Data Monitoring and Analysis: Establish a core KPI system, monitor business data in real-time for anomalies, and conduct in-depth analysis to identify operational issues. Combine industry trends and user behavior insights to provide data-driven improvement recommendations and enhance business operation quality.

Process Optimization and Decision Support: Streamline business and financial processes, identify inefficient areas and risk points, and drive systematic improvements. Provide data analysis support for business decisions, optimize business models, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Strategy Implementation: Coordinate with business, finance, and technology departments to translate analytical findings into concrete strategies. Follow up on major project execution to ensure effective implementation of recommendations and promote the achievement of business goals.

Industry Insights and System Iteration: Track industry trends and competitor strategies, and refine operational analysis models based on the company’s business characteristics. Improve the KPI system and analytical methodology to enhance the foresight and accuracy of analysis.

Budget and Forecast Management: Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor execution variances, and propose adjustment recommendations to ensure resources are allocated rationally and performance targets are achieved. Collaborate with business departments to optimize budget distribution and support the implementation of strategic plans.

Operational Analysis and Reporting: Build a business KPI system, regularly produce operational analysis reports, diagnose data anomalies, and propose improvement strategies. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide data support for management decision-making.

Data System Construction: Design data models and visualization dashboards, promote automation of system tools, and optimize data collection and processing workflows to improve the efficiency and accuracy of analysis, thereby enabling refined business operations.

Cross-Departmental Coordination and Support: Collaborate with business, technology, and finance departments to coordinate resources and resolve process bottlenecks. Provide financial consulting and strategic advice to drive business model optimization and the implementation of risk control measures.

Specialized Analysis and Strategy Formulation: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor dynamics, and business challenges. Build financial models to assess project feasibility and deliver actionable solutions to drive business innovation and efficiency improvement.

Process Optimization and Risk Management: Review business processes to identify risk points, improve internal control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and promote systematic transformation to reduce compliance risks and enhance operational efficiency.
