岗位描述：
1、 负责公司建筑工程相关合同的起草、审核与修订，防范法律风险；
２、参与项目招投标、合作谈判的法律支持，处理工程纠纷、诉讼及仲裁事务；
３、对接外部律师，开展合规培训与法律宣传，保障公司经营活动合法合规。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，法学、法律等相关专业，通过法律职业资格考试者优先；
2、熟悉建筑工程领域法律法规、合同法及招投标法；
3、具备良好的法律文书写作能力与沟通谈判能力；
4、有建筑行业法务或律所实习经验者优先，能独立处理基础法律事务。
5、良好英语基础，六级以上，懂粤语优先考虑
