Job Description - 26屆春招-數學競賽教練

【職位描述】

負責數學競賽的教學工作，按計劃完成教學任務，與學生、家長進行必要的學情溝通，持續提升教學質量；

參與數學競賽的教研工作，編寫競賽課程講義和習題，進行課件制作，不斷優化課程體系；

通過各類學科宣發活動，如講座、社群運營等，進行各類數學競賽的組織運營，推廣數學競賽活動。

【職位要求】

本科及以上學歷，理工科專業優先；

有數學競賽獲獎經歷，如高中數學聯賽、CMO等；

良好的溝通能力，具備英語授課能力者優先；

熱愛教育事業，具備良好的教師責任心，樂於幫助學生提高學習興趣。

【薪資福利】

首年收入60萬-100萬港幣起（高聯省級一等獎/CMO/IMO等獎項）；

授課課時費，每年4次調增機會（視乎授課表現）；
