About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

職責

1.商品市調：根據櫃組統一安排，進行顧客需求.競爭對手貨源/價格/出樣/促銷資訊等調查，為櫃組提供資訊支援。
2.現場銷售：參與所在櫃組商品的現場銷售工作。
3.商品管理：掌握商品價格/庫存/附件及商品滯銷的資料；進行商品出樣工作，規範商品陳列，標價簽擺放；進營銷售價格管理，合理使用優惠券 。
4.顧客管理：負責通過社區、異業宣傳、業主拜訪等管道精准鎖定潛在客戶，實現預售；同時負責本品類未成交顧客管理，主動溝通及拜訪，瞭解需求，促進成交 。
5.完成上級交辦的其他工作。

任職資格

1.熱愛零售，1年以上零售行業銷售工作經驗，有家電/3C行業經驗更佳。
2.有銷售經驗，熟悉家電產品知識並能實際操作者優先。
3.具備一定的溝通能力、抗壓力及談判能力。
4.符合京東價值觀：客戶為先、誠信、創新、感恩、拼搏、擔當。
