Job Description - A leading life insurer - Customer Services (inbound calls)

The Company

Our client is a leading financial institution and they are seeking for CS candidate to join their team.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Hotline Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via hotline, email, and digital chat channels professionally.
  • Policy & Claims Administration: Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance policies, premium payments, claims status, and product details.
  • Case Ownership: Follow through on customer requests, coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Operations) for resolution, and ensure timely updates to clients.
  • Compliance & Quality: Adhere strictly to the company's service standards, internal guidelines, and regulatory requirements (Insurance Authority/HKFI) during all customer interactions.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise and updated records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Your Profile

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Diploma holder or above in any discipline. HKDSE / HKCEE graduates with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Licensing: Valid passes in IIQE Paper 1 (Principles and Practice of Insurance) and Paper 3 (Long Term Insurance) before probation
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a call center, insurance company, or banking environment
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
