About the Role

As an Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Shared Service Centre, supporting financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency across core accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare the monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. 


• Ensure all sub-ledger accounts e.g. city ledger, trade creditors, stock ledgers etc. are balanced with respective control accounts in the general ledger.


• Prepare and post month-end and adjustment journals, review the transaction registers and arrange necessary adjustment journals.


• Review monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow, advising Management on bank deposits as required.


• Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.


• Maintain the fixed assets register and monitor the capital budget.


• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and inspections.


• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements as per corporate policies.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other relevant disciplines.


• At least 3 years of accounting experience in the Hotel / F&B / Private Club Industry, including at least 2 years at a senior accounting level.


• 1-2 years of auditing experience would be an advantage.


• Sound knowledge in Sun Accounting System and Microsoft Office.


• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.


• Attention to details, reliable, and proactive with a high level of integrity.


• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
