The hiring company is a small-sized firm private equity firm. It offers a professional environment where employees can contribute to meaningful projects and grow their careers within the Accounting & Finance department.

Job Description

As an accountant, your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Handling accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes for the property portfolio.
Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing required filings.
Working closely with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.
Collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation during audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful accountant should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates are open
Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA (or equivalent) are desirable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the property industry is an advantage.
