Accounting Assistant

Our client is one of global electronics manufacturing company in Hong Kong. They are looking for high caliber candidates for the positions of Accounting Assistant in the Hong Kong office at Tsim Sha Tsui:

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses Report, and Interco billing effectively & efficiently.
  


• Maintain record of fixed assets and accounting record
  


• Assist on preparation of monthly schedule and report
  


• Fully responsible for data entry and data integrity of the Accounting System
  


• Work as a team with other colleagues in other business unites and departments to ensure timely delivery of accounting services
  


• Implement Company’s policies and procedures and ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act
  


• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferred but not a must
  


• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting field preferably in MNC
  


• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skill
  


• Good command of spoken and written English and mandarin
  


• Mature, independent, good team player with customer focused mindset
  


• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
  


• Excellent knowledge on MS Office application, knowledge of Oracle financials is an advantage
  


• Fresh graduate is welcome
  


• More experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.
