Accounting Assistant (Treasury Team, Finance & Accounts Department)

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)”) with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.

Responsibilities

1.    Responsible for handling payment processing and ensure the payments are settled timely and work closely with internal parties and banks. 

2.    Perform month-end closing processes.

3.    Preparation of bank reconciliation statements.

4.    Prepared audit works and liaised with internal and external auditors.

5.    Handling ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor degree holder preferably in Accounting, finance or related discipline (Fresh graduate are welcome). 

2.    Be a good team-player, proactive, self-motivated, and positive learning attitude.

3.    Proficient in computer applications, such as MS Office.

4.    Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

5.    Immediately available is preferred.
