Job Description - Admin & HR Supervisor

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin & HR Supervisor to join our team. This role focuses on internal control (J-SOX related work), supporting company-wide governance, financial reporting processes, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our internal control environment and supporting future executive development in this area

Salary: HK$23,000 to $25,000 (salary negotiable, with higher consideration for candidates with J-SOX experience)

Location: Lai Chi Kok

Responsibilities

  • Support internal control (J-SOX) activities: CLC & CLFC evaluations
  • Review and strengthen control environment, risk assessment, monitoring, and IT response
  • Coordinate annual internal control tasks and liaise with HQ Audit & Legal teams in Japanese
  • Provide administrative and HR support within the division

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in admin, HR, internal control, auditing, or risk management
  • Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level (read, write, speak, listen) is essential
  • Basic English and Mandarin skills for cross-functional communication
  • Detail-oriented, resilient, and eager to learn with strong organizational awareness
  • Interest in internal control, auditing, or risk management; J-SOX experience a plus

  • Perfect attendance allowance: HK$370/month (conditions apply, e.g., no lateness).
  • Transportation allowance: HK$500/month (conditions apply, e.g., no absences).

  • Bonus: Double Pay (General staff = 1 month/year; Senior staff and above = 2 months/year).
  • Discretionary bonus: March (based on company performance; has been paid consistently for the past 20 years).
  • Annual leave: In line with labor ordinance. In the first year (after probation = from 4th month), 5 days of paid leave can be taken within the first year.
