About the Role

Reporting to Vice President, Business Management, Industrial Petrochemicals, Petrochemicals Asia Pacific, you will provide high level quality secretarial and administrative support to Vice President and the team, ensure smooth daily office operations and interactions in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

How You Will Do It

• Support with business meeting coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements and expense claims, including taking necessary or emergency actions where appropriate.


• Responsible for organizing and maintaining the Vice President’s correspondence, records and filing system, while ensuring proper handling of confidential information and materials.


• Cascade the Vice President’s messages and communications to relevant individuals or departments, and obtaining timely feedback from internal and external stakeholders.


• Responsible for arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, including customer meetings, leadership discussions and regional engagements.


• Support with organizing team engagement activities and related logistics.


• Responsible for supporting evolving business needs, priorities and ad hoc tasks with flexibility and responsiveness.
   

What We Look For

• Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines


• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably from a multinational environment


• Proficiencies in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


• Attention to details with maturity in handling business correspondences, and the ability to work independently under pressure and collaboratively as part of a team


• Excellent command of written and spoken English
