Description

In this position you will....


be working with a strong team of seasoned professionals who drive and execute best practice for handling claims for Accident & Health (A&H) and Personal Property products. You will have the opportunity to build claims services and develop the claims value proposition for the company. You will be encouraged, empowered, and challenged to stream workflow and process to stive operation excellence.


 


You will be responsible for…



  • Assisting in processing claims for Consumer Lines primarily on A&H and Personal Property products within your authority. 

  • Handling and assessing claim cases including reviewing adjuster reports and preparing of claim payments.

  • Collaborating with project team and business users to capture user requirements, prepare user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and conducting UAT in a timely manner.

  • Assisting in simple claims booking, claims report and statistics preparation.

  • Assisting in any ad hoc projects as required.

You will require the following qualifications and skills                                                                                                               



  • Degree holder in relevant fields with 1-2 years’ experience in handling claims within general insurance sector preferred. 

  • Holder of professional insurance qualifications such as ACII or ANZIIF is preferred.

  • Independent, customer-centric, self-motivated, willing to take up new challenges with strong problem-solving skill.

  • Strong analytical, communication and customer servicing skills.

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
