Contribute to the design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning, and support of ICT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, virtual platforms, IoT, and cloud services
Work on applications programming (e.g. Visual Basic and System Script) and supporting enterprise applications (including Honeywell software such as EBI, DVM, and BPS) across both new and existing client sites
Lead the ICT project’s planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements
Directly liaise with customers and business users to analyze requirements for ICT & cyber security solutions and technologies, ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction.
Review all ICT server, storage, and network designs across the district, ensuring the review and validation of designs and quotes from the vendors
Contribute to Technical Risk Reviews (TRR) for projects within the district, focusing on ICT, networking and cyber security
Actively engage with the global ICT & cyber security to promote excellence and standardization within the region/district
Qualifications
Requirements:
Solid hands-on experience in various IT technologies, including the Microsoft server environment (Active Directory, Group Policy), Linux/Unix operating systems, virtualization tools (VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, Fault Tolerance), networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP), firewalls, switches, VPN tunnels, backup systems (e.g. Veeam, Acronis), IoT technology, cloud platform management, mobile application, application program and system script Proven experience in system design, solution design and capacity planning for IT infrastructure Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, vulnerability assessment, system hardening and patch management Knowledge of IT service management methodologies (such as ITIL) and relevant processes Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is preferred Effective communication abilities to clearly convey information and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Willing to travel to various locations, including Macau and Taiwan, as needed for project requirements and client engagement Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
Professional certifications are preferred, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL certifications
