AI Product / Platform Lead - Financial Services / 50k-80k

I am currently helping our Client seeking a Candidate with AI Product Management or AI Platform Development experience to join the team in Hong Kong.

Role Overview

• The role will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced AI infrastructures and platforms.
• This position ensures the creation of scalable solutions that empower data scientists in conducting research and enable AI engineers to develop and deploy innovative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of engineers to architect and deploy scalable AI platforms, either on-premise or utilizing cloud-native technologies.
• Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices to optimize the AI development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to enhance model performance while maximizing resource efficiency.
• Build and sustain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) approaches for consistent AI platform deployment.
• Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure AI platform capabilities align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML platform development underpinned by robust software engineering expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts and technologies, such as RAG pipelines, LoRA, Harness Engineering, among others.
• Proven expertise in MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps methodologies. - Experience delivering AI or data platforms incorporating GPU infrastructure.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to refine complex AI system performance.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security protocols for AI applications.
• Strong communication skills paired with data-driven thinking.
