Analyst/ Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Enterprise Risk - Hong Kong

We help clients address various aspects of strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. 

Work you'll do

• Work as a team member to provide high-quality execution of advisory projects for clients across a wide range of industries, including commercials and public sector organizations;


• Conduct internal controls, governance and risk management related consultancy reviews on clients' systems, processes, procedures, and areas of concerns to address risks;


• Perform data analytics to support project delivery;


• Identify and provide constructive and fit-for-purpose recommendations to clients for improvement;


• Work with team members and produce draft internal controls/ governance/ consultancy reports and presentation materials;


• Review the work of subordinates to ensure project objectives and professional standards are achieved;


• Conduct quality research, provide support and participate in sales and business development activities;


• Build and maintain network internally and externally; and


• Collaborate with other member firms and service lines within Deloitte.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline;


• Certification in CIA/CISA/CPA is preferred but not a must;


• Experience in internal audit, internal controls review, risk assessment, risk management, compliance review, ESG and related areas, or data analytics gained in a multi-national corporation, publicly-listed company or professional services firm is preferred. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Analyst;


• Good command of verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and ability to communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner;


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high commitment to providing quality client service;


• A fast learner, reliable team player and ability to work under pressure;


• Organized, mature, proactive and self-motivating;


• Intellectual curiosity – eager to try, learn, grow and experiment;


• Willing to travel; and


• Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.
