Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and ensure efficient execution of banking transactions and services at the branch level
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of branch operational processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of branch operations by identifying and implementing process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and internal controls
• Provide customer service and support to branch clients as needed

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
• Expeirence in Banking operations in term of Branch Operations is a plus 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficient in using relevant banking and office software applications
