• 負責Alipay HK錢包的金融業務運營,對具體的業務目標負責

• 通過數據找到業務增長點,洞察用戶痛點,結合平台資源,創新工具與玩法來制定增長策略,提升用戶對金融業務的心智,完成業務目標

• 協同BD團隊合作,洞察產品優化點,不斷迭代

• Responsible for the financial business operations of Alipay HK Wallet, accountable for specific business targets.

• Identify business growth opportunities through data analysis, gain insights into user pain points, and leverage platform resources, innovative tools, and engagement strategies to develop growth plans. Enhance user awareness and engagement with financial services to achieve business objectives.

• Collaborate with the BD team to identify product optimization opportunities and drive continuous iteration.

Job Requirement

• 具有5年以上用戶運營經驗,有香港地區銀行/證券行業工作經驗者優先

• 目标驱动,判断决策能力强,有较强推动力,有独立负责业务线、产品、渠道等工作经历者优先；

• 具备操盘大型运营活动经验,能够作为活动owner推动营销方案产品化落地并协助传播；

• 具备敏锐的产品感和洞察力,数据运营能力强,善于思考、善于寻找各种方法实现增长目标；

• 具有强烈的Ownership,持续不断的学习和创新能力,性格积极乐观,抗压能力强；

• 5+ years of experience in internet user growth or product operations. Prior exposure to HongKong SAR finance, stock industries is preferred.

• Results-driven with strong decision-making and execution capabilities. Experience in independently managing business lines/products/channels is a plus.

• Proven track record in orchestrating large-scale operational campaigns, including end-to-end ownership of marketing program design and implementation.

• Product-savvy with sharp business acumen. Strong data operation capabilities and innovative problem-solving skills to achieve growth objectives.

• High ownership mindset, continuous learning agility, and resilience under pressure. Positive attitude with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
