Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Manager to join our dynamic AlipayHK team. This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence and providing strategic partnership to our fast-growing business. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in managing marketing investments, supporting commercial initiatives, ensuring robust financial controls, and delivering insightful analysis to senior management. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation in a leading super app in Hong Kong.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the end-to-end process for marketing budgets, including collection, rigorous review, allocation, ongoing tracking, and post-campaign analysis to optimize spending efficiency.

2. Business Finance Partnering: Act as a trusted finance partner to business units, providing dedicated financial support and analysis for revenue-generating streams such as traffic monetization, digital services, loyalty programs, and commission structures.

3. Financial Reporting & Control: Take ownership of the monthly and annual financial closing process. Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance, and serve as the main liaison for external audit activities.

4. Management Insight: Develop and deliver regular financial performance reports, variance analyses, and actionable business insights to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Job Requirement

Education & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

2. Approximately 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a solid background in auditing from an accounting firm.

3. Prior audit or in-house finance experience and exposure to the Internet, Retail, Financial Services industries are advantageous.

4. Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis is a plus.

5. Language Skills: Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is essential for effective communication with stakeholders across the region.
