Key Responsibilities
Business & Strategic Development
- Actively participate in the definition and execution of the Business Unit's strategy.
- Establish and propose sales strategies to meet market and client expectations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution networks.
- Participate in the reflection and development of new product offers (technical development).
Commercial Animation & Sales Management
- Manage and develop the existing network of distributors and direct accounts across multiple channels.
- Conduct client meetings to identify needs, challenges, and leverage growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure strong product availability and shelf placement.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and professional events.
- Ensure rigorous management reporting and sales activity tracking.
Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Deploy and implement the regional marketing plan to increase brand notoriety.
- Propose and suggest adapted marketing and promotional campaigns in line with headquarter Marketing vision.
- Conduct market watch and follow industry trends to provide actionable insights.
Operations & Support
- Participate in the daily operations of the business unit, including logistics, purchasing, and production coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow-up with Companyâs Quality department customer complaints or any operational issues.
- Perform, when necessary, administrative work & monthly invoice validation with local accounting partner.
Education:
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or International Business; Master or MBA preferred.
Experience in sales or account management within the FMCG/CPG sector, preferably with food brands.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT).
Languages:
Proficiency in English & French languages is required. Mandarin language skills are a significant plus.
Attributes:
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented. Passion for premium food brands and comfortable working in an international/European-linked environment.
Requirements:
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and trade shows across the Asia Pacific region (around 1/3 of your time).
