Our client is an exclusive French luxury fashion house. Today, they are looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join their team.
Job duties:
⢠Work closely with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
⢠Help to handle the store operation processes : till, expenses and inventory shortage
⢠Ensures consistent high standards of customer service in the store
⢠Responds to customers inquiries and resolves customer issues in timely and appropriate manner
⢠Gathers and provides customer feedback on products to Boutique Manager and management team
Requirements:
⢠At least 8 years relevant retail management operation experience in luxury brand, high-end fashion, jewelry and watch retailing industry or in similar capacity
⢠Pleasant, hard-working, service-minded and well-organized
⢠Must be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
⢠Good command of French / Japanese will be a plus
⢠Computer literate
