Assistant HR Specialist (Fresh Graduates are welcome) - Happy & Young Team

We are looking for passionate and energetic HR professionals to join our growing HR Services team.

• Take the ownership of assigned SME client accounts and provide clients with all-round HR functions including the below:
  


• Recruitment (end to end)
  


• Payroll, MPF and tax filing processing (full cycle)
  


• HR policy and handbook preparation
  


• HR letter issuing and formality
  


• Performance appraisal exercises
  


• Staff activity and training
  


• HR projects (salary benchmarking, employee survey, etc.)
  


• Work visa application, etc.
  


• Act as a reliable HR business partner to provide professional HR advice to clients based on their business needs
  


• Maintain HR system's data and staff records in a timely manner, and make good use of HR technologies to enhance efficiency
  


• Generate and prepare HR related reports
  


• Perform ad-hoc HR duties as required by management
  

Requirements

• 1 year of HR experience (Fresh graduates from HR-related disciplines are also welcome to apply)
  


• Interest to work with SME business owners and act as their HR partners a MUST
  


• Strong knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance preferred
  


• Multi-tasking and ability to meet tight deadlines
  


• Outgoing, self-starter, willing to learn, flexible
  


• Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, etc.
