We are looking for a Assistant Human Resources Manager based at Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Assistant Human Resources Manager, we rely on you to:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing and selection to offer management and onboarding.
- Prepare annual manpower plans and HR budgets, monitor workforce costs, and support forecasting exercises.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
- Partner with department heads and line managers to provide professional HR support on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and other ad hoc assignments as required.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant HR experience with hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions; experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, manpower planning, budgeting, and HR reporting and analytics.
- Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative team-player mindset and positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
