Job Description - Assistant Human Resources Manager, APAC

Manage the hiring activities for regional office, GSL & HK agency
Handle the entire recruitment process from job posting, interviewing, remuneration negotiation and offer confirmation
Manage the onboarding process for new hires
Review hiring strategy to support business objectives
Act as a focal point for the Asia Pacific region
Reviews user’s requests for assigning roles in applications/ systems
Be the focal point of all HR updates in HRIS across the region
Handle various HR projects including but not limited to Employer Branding, D&I and Employee Engagement activities
Support pre-boarding & onboarding journeys

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
An experienced HR generalist with at least 6 years' relevant experience gained from sizeable company
Ability to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
Able to work independently and proactively
Conversant with local employment-related laws for the region
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
