The Job

• Drive MDRT growth and headcount by proactively developing strategies and initiatives to increase the number of MDRT qualifiers across agency channels.
• Act as an MDRT specialist and business partner to agency teams, proactively engaging with agents and agency leaders to influence performance, provide guidance, and drive MDRT achievement.
• Establish strong on-the-ground connection with agency force, including regular interaction with agents, participation in field activities, and understanding frontline challenges to identify opportunities for MDRT growth.
• Monitor and track MDRT-related performance metrics across agency channels, including production tracking, gap analysis, and progress updates.
• Translate data insights into actionable plans, working closely with agency leaders to improve productivity and conversion to MDRT qualification.
• Design, develop, and implement MDRT-related programmes, campaigns, and initiatives to drive motivation and results.
• Work closely with agency leaders and representatives to promote MDRT initiatives and ensure effective execution at field level.
• Communicate programme updates, campaign details, and key messages clearly to agency channels and drive engagement.

The Person

• University degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in insurance industry.
• Experience in agency support, sales management, or frontline exposure is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with a passion for driving sales performance and MDRT achievement.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint design, video editing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin), essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and managing tasks efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
