Principal Responsibilities:

• Contribute to achieve business targets of card spending, customer engagement, and awareness through credit cards related features, value propositions, promotions, and projects


• Organize, and implement joint promotions with merchant partners and targeted customer spending programs via card usage & rewards projects, including thorough analysis of marketing situations, customer behavior, and spending patterns


• Develop, grow, and maintain partnerships with merchant partners to drive sustainable spending growth in a cost-effective manner on a day-to-day basis


• Innovate and commercialize new usage propositions and initiatives to drive adoption and usage with external retail partners


• Collaborate with marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility and appeal of credit card products and promotions


• Be an active team member, proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders, including marketing team, analytics team and digital team to ensure smooth program implementation and deliver efficient, accurate execution while uplifting customer experience


• Manage program budget planning, payment, and reconciliation


• Monitor program performance, report, and evaluate program results to iteratively improve programs based on feedback and outcomes

Requirements:

• University degree with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferable in credit card industry


• Strong aptitude for innovation, ready for challenges and enjoy working in dynamic environment


• High degree of personal drive and resilience


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in internal or external partnerships development or management


• Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes


• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking


• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
