Assistant Manager / Senior Officer / Officer - Product Strategy

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)”) with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating short term and long term of life insurance product strategies


• Conduct internal and external analysis, including market research, marketing positioning, customer segmentation, and product development etc. to derive the right product strategy


• Support the establishment of the internal product and service platform that in line with the company strategy


• Coordinate with product, operation and sales team and formulate future business planning


• Assist in product design and development cycle


• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Actuarial/ Business/ Marketing/ Finance/ Insurance or equivalent


• At least 2 years (Officer) / 3 to 4 years (Senior Officer) / 5 years (Assistant Manager) of relevant working experiences in the product development, product marketing, healthcare or insurance sector


• Excellent analytical skills and innovative thinking


• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills


• Highly motivated and responsible


• Experience in developing mainland China products and knowledge is preferre


• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointProficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
