Job Description

  • Analyze and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and overall performance across all training functions.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day training operations, including: preparing and organizing course materials, coordinating with trainers, participants and stakeholders, managing course evaluations and issuing receipts
  • Handle cost allocation, payment processing, and preparation of financial and operational reports.
  • Develop, update, and review procedural manuals and routine reporting documents.
  • Support internal and external audit activities (e.g., IRCA).
  • Possessing knowledge of GSF, MATF, CEF, HKCAAVQ, and related schemes will be an advantage.
  • Work closely with the supervisor to achieve annual goals, including: sales and revenue targets, new program development, strategic initiatives related to training and operations
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or above with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in training or administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Chinese word processing and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
