About the Role
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be driving brand visibility and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a part of COE – Marketing to support the development and execution of all related Marketing Strategies and programs, driving business and elevate profile of our Hotels’ products.
- Develop creative ideas and engaging content for promotional collaterals and digital campaigns.
- Schedule photography and videography shoots, as well as coordinating logistical arrangements with Hotel Operations Teams.
- Collate all information for Hotels’ promotions and liaise with Creative Studio to ensure timely delivery on all requests.
- Ensure communication with all property stakeholders on all marketing communication and PR initiatives, including events, photo shooting and chef interviews.
- Assist with the production for social media and update the marketing calendar by putting together campaign / marketing activity.
- Perform any other special duties and projects as assigned by the Supervisors.
About You
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Commercial or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Public Relations, preferably in the Hotel Industry.
- Experience in digital marketing would be an advantage.
- Proven record in dealing with local media / influencers / bloggers and maintaining the social media platforms.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, self-driven and result-oriented.
- Creativity and detail-minded team player with analytical mindset.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
