Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Officer, Wealth Management, Operations

Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Assist supervisor to monitor internal operations procedures in strict compliance with Company’s guidelines and policies.
2. Supervise the team members on transaction processing and clearing activities including Stock, Bond and Structure Note, Fund, IPO, etc.
3. Resolve trade processing and settlements issues with external parties including counterparties and clients.
4. Attend to client’s enquiry on settlement and account status matter.
5. Manage operational activities in relevant internal and external back office systems are operating meticulously.
6. Assist supervisor on new products / services to be offered to clients, including the UAT process.
7. Develop and implement comprehensive operational procedures.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Finance or Business Administration or related discipline(s)
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the securities/futures industry.
3. Robust computer literacy and high numeracy.
4. Good inter-personal and communication skill.
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
6. Less experience will be considered as Operations Officer
