海外コーディネーター事務(農林水産・食品分野)【派遣社員】

Job Responsibilities

  • 日本国内企業および香港企業の支援申請に基づく、組織内各担当者・コーディネーターとの連絡調整。
  • オンラインを含むブリーフィング・会議のセットアップ。
  • プロジェクト実施に関わる資料準備および事務作業。
  • 事業の実施報告書の作成サポート。
  • 食品規制等の翻訳や、関連情報の収集・整理。
  • 必要に応じた外勤業務のサポート。

Requirements

  • 言語能力: 日本語ネイティブレベル(日本の中小企業支援が主目的のため)、および高度な英語力(食品規則の翻訳や英語ネイティブとのやり取りが可能なレベル)。
  • PCスキル: Excel(表計算・グラフ・データ分析)、Word、PowerPointが堪能であること。
  • 経験・知識: 食品関係の業務経験、または大学等で食品関連の学問を専攻していた方は歓迎いたします。
  • 資質: 明るく誠実で、協調性があり、指示を正確に実行できる方。
  • 管理能力: セルフマネジメントができ、ビジネスマナーを身につけている方。
  • 健康状態: 心身ともに健康で業務に励める方。

Position

Overseas Coordinator Assistant (Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries & Food Sector) 【Dispatch Employee】

Location

Admiralty, Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal staff and coordinators based on support applications from Japanese and Hong Kong companies.
  • Set up briefings and meetings (including online sessions).
  • Prepare documents and handle administrative tasks related to project implementation.
  • Support the creation of project implementation reports.
  • Translate food regulations and collect/organize related information.
  • Provide support for field assignments/off-site duties as required.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level Japanese (to support Japanese SMEs) and advanced English (sufficient for translating food regulations and communicating with native English speakers).
  • PC Skills: Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, charts, and data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience/Knowledge: Experience in the food industry or a university degree in a food-related field is highly welcomed.
  • Soft Skills: A bright, sincere, and cooperative individual who can accurately execute instructions.
  • Management: Strong self-management skills and professional business etiquette.
  • Health: Physically and mentally fit to perform duties diligently.
