About the Role


As an Assistant Procurement Manager, you will support the overall procurement function by managing purchasing activities, supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with Hotel standards.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in managing procurement activities and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services for the properties in HK region.

  • Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies in compliance with the standards and best practices of the hotels and the Group.

  • Coordinate with Departments to establish product specifications and purchasing requirements.

  • Conduct market research, price comparisons, and assist in tender preparation and evaluation.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.

  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement and assist in preparing reports for management review.

  • Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned by Management.


 


About You



  • Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, with exposure to Hotels in similar capacities will be an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; solid knowledge of tender processes and procurement systems.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented team player.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
