Job Title: Assistant Product Manager

About the Role

The Company

Our client is a global wealth management firm based in Hong Kong. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Head of Products while supervising Product Support team members, including task allocation, oversight of deliverables, and workflow management
2. Lead and coordinate product initiatives across Structured Products, Bonds, and Mutual Funds, including product due diligence and ongoing
3. monitoring, while working closely with Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and external counterparties
4. Act as an investment consultant and product specialist, supporting Sales in client pitches, portfolio reviews, and investment ideas
5. Provide product training, marketing support, and presentations to Sales and relevant departments
6. Prepare term sheets on a per-trade basis

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, structured products, fixed income, or related front-office roles
3. SFC licensed (Type 1, 2 & 4)
4. Proven supervisory / people-management experience
5. Strong product knowledge and client-facing communication skills
6. Excellent command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin
7. Effectively using AI is preferred
