We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance AM to join our high-performing QA team.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with GMP standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product manufacturing that complies with GMP standards.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with QA standards in change processes for product and factory settings.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to regulatory requirements and GMP.
  • Handle and investigate customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Provide training to relevant internal parties on quality assurance practices, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality documentation and records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance in supplement manufacturing.


Requirements

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiar with PIC/s GMP Standard. A PIC/s GMP background would be good, but it is not compulsory.
  • A minimum of  5 years of experience in a quality assurance managerial role, applicant with more experience can be considered as QA Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes, customer feedback handling, and complaint investigation.
  • Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.            
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent Chinese & English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and other relevant software.
