Assistant Supervisor

Job Title: Assistant Supervisor/ Team Leader – Warehouse (Night Shift)

Main purpose of role:

• Direct report to the respective departmental manager;  effectively manage departmental resources and manpower to deliver the service requirements of the Company.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring company policy and procedure are being strictly complied with.

Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Responsible for managing warehouse operations in night shift such as incoming and outgoing shipment handling, inventory management, equipment & material control and record updating accurately and timely.
• Regularly review operational procedures and lead the team to achieve departmental and organizational KPIs.
• Handle daily warehouse documentation and reporting
• Supervise warehouse staff, including training, work allocation & duty roster, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with internal teams (Service Centre Team and Delivery Team) to optimize shipment and delivery schedules
• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Education & Experience Requirements

• F.5 or above
• At least 3 - 4 years work experience in warehouse or logistics operations with preferably 1 - 2 years in team leader role or above.
• Possess leadership, good communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork spirit
• Competency in MS Office (Excel & Word & PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• A candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
