Job Description - Assistant to Deputy Manager, Dealing Service, Securities Business Department

Job Responsibilities:

Handle securities and product inquiries, financial transactions for Hong Kong, China, US stocks
Provide exclusive telephone transactions for mid-to-high-end customers, provide customer service and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Monitor client's order and margin level, conduct margin call when necessary
Required to work in shift, overnight in public holidays
Assist in daily operation of dealing team and administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

University Degree with 3 years of relevant experience in banking industry, investment center, securities trading
Passes in HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8
Knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts of securities trading and relevant products / financial instruments
Familiar with relevant regulations and requirements within its own discipline
Familiar with financial market environment and work process sound knowledge of Hong Kong stocks market
Familiar with Bloomberg with strong Business sense and good analytical skills
Strong Communication and language skill in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
