We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
- Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries
- Understand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services
- Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions
- Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues
- Coordination of Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered
- Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables
- Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts.
- Coaching other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service
What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant field
- IIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required
- 10+ work experience in general insurance preferably underwriting background
- Selling to hotel, manufacturer, logistic, telecommunication and retail industry is a plus
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated and flexible
- Diligent and organized, good time management and efficient
- Proficient in the use of the computer including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
