About The Role
As Assistant Vice President, Business Transformation, Group PMO, you will support the Group’s business transformation agenda by driving strategic initiatives, strengthening programme governance and ensuring disciplined execution across key projects.
Reporting to the SVP, Business Transformation, Group PMO, you will partner closely with senior leaders, corporate functions and project teams to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, measurable outcomes and sustainable business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the Group’s business transformation roadmap and strategic initiatives.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional programmes from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Establish and maintain effective PMO governance, project standards, reporting cadence and performance tracking.
Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, and drive timely escalation and resolution.
Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards and presentation materials for senior management and governance forums.
Partner with business leaders and functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency and strengthen organisational effectiveness.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews and decision-making discussions.
Promote project management best practices and support capability building across project teams.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Management, Finance or a related discipline.
S trategic thinker with strong execution capability and a practical, hands-on approach.
S olid experience in business transformation, programme management, PMO, consulting or strategic project delivery.
O rganised , analytical and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into concise executive updates.
S trong business acumen, problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile would be an advantage.
Professional proficiency in English , Cantonese and Mandarin.
