  • Support salary benchmarking and related analyses to maintain salary structure of the Group.

  • Support executive compensation reviews, including remuneration benchmarking, compensation recommendations, and Board / Committee submissions.

  • Design, implement, and administer Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programmes end-to-end — covering scheme design, nomination, approval, grant, vesting, reporting, and participant communications.

  • Advise on executive and employment tax compliance matters, including cross-border employment arrangements, identifying risks and recommending practical solutions to management.

  • Develop and maintain reward frameworks, policies, and governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and disciplined affordability across the Group.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation and rewards matters, providing market insights, policy guidance, and practical solutions to support business and talent objectives.

  • Support the review and enhancement of employee benefits programmes to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with the Group's total rewards strategy.

  • Drive rewards process improvements, automation, and HR technology solutions (e.g., HRIS compensation module, Power Platform) to enhance operational efficiency, controls, and governance.

  • Lead or support strategic rewards and benefits projects as assigned.

  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior team members, supporting their development in rewards, analytics, and governance.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably gained within a regional or multinational organisation.

  • Solid experience in compensation management, salary benchmarking, executive remuneration, and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programmes.

  • Working knowledge of executive and employment taxation, including cross-border employment arrangements and mobility-related tax considerations.

  • Experience in preparing presentations and recommendations for senior management and Board-level committees (e.g., Remuneration Committee).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS and Power Platform tools an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential compensation and executive-level information.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
