Assistant Vice President, Solution Delivery Management, Technology & Operations

Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Objective:

• Provide end-to-end IT solutions and services to meet business objectives in a timely manner and within budget. Manage the performance of all technology suppliers for providing high quality services to business areas.

Responsibility

• Perform business analysis to provide business solutions to the related business areas.
• Assume ownership and conduct the process to provide estimated implementation budget to meet new business initiatives.
• Conduct and perform an effective RFS process to meet the business demands in a timely manner.
• Ensure the delivery of all IT projects and enhancements to business within budget and agreed schedule.
• Manage the service levels and performance of all IT suppliers and technology internal teams.
• Manage effectively the production support and incident resolution with IT suppliers to minimize the business impact.
• Conduct vendor negotiation to ensure the IT solutions are provided at the best value and benefits.
• Build a trusted relationship with business users and IT suppliers.

Requirement

• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in Corporate Banking
• At least 3 years of system analysis and design experience in Open Platform and J2EE applications
• Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in the following technologies:
  • Java programming, Selenium, Python
  • AngularJS, JBoss platform
  • Unix shell script programming
  • MQ, WAS
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, and highly presentable.
• With Team Leading experience would be an advantage.
