About the Role
As an Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition), you will lead the design, implementation, and execution of end-to-end recruitment strategies and activities that attract top-tier hospitality professionals for the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with our Group’s business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles, from corporate functions to operational leadership and critical positions.
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market trends, interview techniques and assessment tools.
- Proactively build pipelines of passive talent using creative sourcing methods, including social media, networking and industry-specific platforms.
- Utilize workforce analytics to track hiring KPIs and present actionable insights.
- Oversee relationships with third-party search firms, recruitment agencies, and job boards to ensure ROI and service quality.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience.
About You
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Candidates with less experience will be considered a more junior role.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, executive search, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
