Pay \: HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide operational and executive support in the day-to-day maintenance orders.

2. To assist in the management of the progress of day-to-day maintenance order (building works) and managing the maintenance data.

3. To liaise and co-ordinate with various stakeholders including clinical users, consultant team, in-house staff and maintenance contractors on projects and site matters.

4. To monitor the stock of the day-to-day team warehouse and procurement-related works.

5. To assist in planning, cashflow management, monitoring and reporting the performance of works agents in the project management of hospital works projects.

6. To conduct site inspections to review the performance of contractors.

7. To provide emergency on-call service and work outside office hours in case of emergencies and when required.

8. To carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Entry Requirements

1a) Tertiary education with experience in the relevant / specialized discipline; OR

 b) F.5 / S.5 with certified advanced technical / supervisory training / skill AND well experienced in relevant discipline AND possess license as required.

2) Possess valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green card).

Preferable Attributes

1. Relevant experience in facility management and building maintenance is an advantage.

2. Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD, MS Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing.

3. Good command of basic written and spoken English and Chinese.

4. Working Experience / University Graduates in building services engineering / building surveying / construction discipline.

5. Proactive, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
