Your new role
As an Associate within the corporate banking credit team, you will support relationship managers in executing credit transactions and managing corporate client portfolios. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed financial analysis, credit assessments, and risk evaluations on corporate clients
• Preparing credit applications, review memos, and internal documentation for approval processes
• Monitoring existing loan portfolios, including covenant tracking and periodic reviews
• Supporting deal execution, including syndicated loans and structured financing transactions
• Liaising with internal stakeholders such as risk, legal, and compliance teams
• Assisting in client coverage activities and market research where required

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, or lending
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills
• Familiarity with syndicated loans or structured finance is advantageous
• Proficiency in English; Native in Korean
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
