Associate, Fund Services (HK$ 28k - 34k /Open to Big 4 SA1)

The Company

A top-tier global financial institution with a leading presence in Private Equity and Asset Management. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Fund Operations to join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Review and validate fund accounting reports, net asset value (NAV) calculations, financial statements, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Manage and support fund launches, transfer agency operations, and other core fund administration functions.
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Liaise for private fund clients, addressing all operational and reporting needs.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is a plus.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or audit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
