Associate, P3, Software Engineer III

We're seeking someone to join our basket lifecycle team as a developer in ESTAR to work with our core business in HK and TK, and to represent the department across several applications covering ETFs and custom baskets.

What you'll do in the role:

-     Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.

-     Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.

-     Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmap and technical strategy.

-      Contribute as a developer both as part of a team and as an individual

-     Provide technical leadership in the complex software systems and applications through mentorship, code-reviews and guidance

-     Architect solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

-     Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies.

-     Maintain and enhance existing software applications to optimize performance and functionality.

What you'll bring to the role:

-     Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.

-     Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.

-     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

-     Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex test scenarios.

-     Strong proficiency in software design and architecture.

-     Ability to drive technical initiatives and provide leadership.

-     Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
