Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of banking or financial system projects
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Drive project planning, timelines, budget control, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
Ensure systems and processes meet regulatory and risk requirements
Manage vendors, contracts, and service performance
Identify risks and resolve project issues effectively
Support ongoing system enhancements and operational improvements

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking or financial services
Strong experience in delivering system implementation or digital projects
Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
