Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve noteworthy and VIP clients by delivering personalised banking support across products such as lending, investments, insurance, and daily banking solutions
Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding performance goals set by management
Identify new client acquisition opportunities and actively promote relevant banking products through cross-selling
Build, manage, and sustain long-term client relationships through professional and attentive service
Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend appropriate solutions to address their evolving needs

The Successful Applicant

Requirements：

Degree or Associate Degree holder, or HKCEE / HKDSE qualification with a minimum of one year's relevant working experience; experience in banking or financial services is preferred
Strong customer-focused mindset with proven sales awareness and the ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Bilingual in English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is a definite advantage
Mandatory qualifications: IIQE Papers 1, 2 & 3; HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8
Candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply
Applicants with an Insurance Agent or Broker background will also be considered
