Branch Manager - Leading Chinese Bank

Our client is proactively looking for an experienced individual who wants to develop his/her career in retail banking as Branch Manager, Retail Banking. Our client is one of the largest Chinese bank in Hong Kong with a large client base and competitive banking policy. You will be responsible to manage daily branch operation, leading a team to identify customers' needs, provide retail banking products and achieve the sales target. They are looking for some new forces to join their Branch, it would be a great opportunity to lead a sizable team and with a wider leadership exposure.

Location: HKI East/ New Territories

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation and provide back-up support in branch office
• Lead, monitor and manage the standard of service of branch to ensure achievement of business goal and target
• Deliver a branch business plan to minimize risk and maximize the sales and customer experience
• Actively identify and explore the business opportunities with resources

Requirements

• University graduate is preferred
• 7years+ of banking experience, with at least 3 years of solid leadership experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
• Qualifications of HKSI, IIQE
