Job Description - Business Analyst




We're looking for a passionate candidate to focus on the business side of the school.







What we're looking for:

Responsibilities:



• Keep informed of the latest technology trends, identify digital solutions that helps to bring advancements to business and operations.



• Engage and assist business teams to uncover opportunities for digital innovation, evaluate business requests, refine user requirements for solution design.



• Collect critical information from meetings, manage stakeholder’s expectation, report analysis and documentation.



• Drive continuous development of digital initiatives across teams and functions.



• Work with supervisor and teammates to prepare and present proposals for review.



• Demonstrate the ability to lead projects, manage vendors, execute development plans, monitor performance with proven success in achieving project goals.



• Prepare project plan and deliverables, co-ordinate testing, get approval and follow through post-launch review.



• Identify and provide solutions to any issue, risks and other impediments to project delivery.



• Measure success and provide training to staff for continuous improvement.


Requirements



• Degree holder in information technology, computer science, digital, e-commence, or related disciplines.



• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in business analysis, management consulting or project management.



• Knowledge in data visualization and analysis tools, for example, Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.



• Familiar with VBA, Power Automate or PHP is an advantage.



• Creative problem solver, customer-centered influencer with good interpersonal skills.



• Proactive, resourceful, able to work independently or in teams.



• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese or Mandarin.



• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst.



• Immediate availability is preferred
